We Earthlings too are first of all cosmic beings, then beings of light, and so on... because most of the Universes inaccessible to us do not depend on the weaving of circles, on the departures and arrivals of the essence, on the beginning and the already foreseen end, which seems not to want to live immortally between somebody's Earth and somebody's Heaven but contains chosen roads towards faith, with an indication that faith too is close to SF thought.

On every planet of the still unexplored Milky Way, for its part, there is a multitude of different conditions for a possibly feasible human life, from temperature, gravity, climatic changes and all the way to the mastering of time... and it depends above all on the cosmically different influences of all sorts of forces. The other conditions I do not wish to mention here, because the deeper we research into the seemingly tearful terraforming... the 'shallower', to all appearances, we sink, and we do not think at all about what terraformings bring to the soul...

From one other side of looking, however, and without the help of super-computers in 'machines', we would be more wretched than a hungry worm in the desert... And so I think about dreams like every Worm-Author who ought not to stare into the difficulty of descriptions out of his own mind alone. A somewhat better option is that the Author remain a bird, and that he wish to empty out the arts of life through the active events of different, that is, other souls, which are not 'built into' worm-eaten computers. If we ask ourselves together why he should explain even this in such a way, sooner or later we shall come to a position from which the odd pearl takes over like an over-rich earthworm in a world that is not somebody's by the poverty of living, but trampled-earthly.
